RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in perfect unused & unwashed condition and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels/tags still attached.

I have received a faulty or incorrect item

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Returning your item

Remember to ask for proof of postage and use a tracked service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery when you post your return, as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.
